Quality of an event is the main factor of success.

A successful event begins and ends with good planning and the experience to balance the requirements of sponsors, participants, volunteers and audiences. Events define reputations and ProjeCare has a proven track record of successful events –successful for Sponsors, Participants and Volunteers alike. People enjoy being involved with ProjeCare events.

ProjeCare has worked hard for its reputation and a good part of that is about what happens after an event. The process of finalising the sporting and event administration is a key part of the quality process, a part of the project and not an inconvenient after-thought.
Good race- and event management promotes the enjoyment of all concerned and lays the foundation for future successful events. After a successful event it is easier to attract volunteers, sponsors and participants to the next event, suppliers are more accommodating and public and sporting authorities are more co-operative.

Projecare was formally established in 2007 and is driven by Jan Schlüter. Jan has more than 10 years of experience as race- and project manager on both major and minor sporting events. As well Jan has the personal experience and understanding of being a participant, a volunteer and of working for a demanding sponsor –all of which contributes to the success of the event.
